Question 11
I currently do not take any supplement.
I am not pleased with my 5-day regular diet pattern since I had most deficiency in my nutrients intake. According to my recommendation, it would be beneficial for me to take some supplements.
It would be necessary for me to take a combination of supplements. All of my mineral and vitamin DRI percentages were very low and below the average. The extra nutrients that the supplements provide will be beneficial in preventing marauding free radicals from harming healthy cells, speed the repair and regeneration of damaged cells, and facilitate renewal. The combination of supplements will enhance the nutrient density of my diet and bridge the nutritional gap. As a result, supplements will make sure that I am obtaining the right amount of nutrients tailored to my dietary needs.
