According to Weber’s thesis, the organizational chart of CPS is rather hierarchical. This demonstrates the institution’s hierarchical organizational structure, including a distinct work division and clearly defined functions. Although this kind of organization can be effective and successful, it can also result in dysfunctions like excessive red tape and a lack of versatility.
