May 2010-October 2021 Payroll Manager-The Capital Markets Co LLC

Responsibilities: Mult1-State Payroll Processing for

approximately US 2000 employees and 500 Canadian employees. Worked with the local HR divisions to process New Hires, Terminations etc.

Payroll was processed semi-monthly and ensured that after each payroll reports were generated and distributed to our benefit carrier. Reconciled and uploaded to Vanguard the semi-monthly elections.

Processed annual salary increases and semi-annual bonus payments. Processed semi-annual partner incentive payments. Handled the annual 401K audit, to ensure we were in compliance. Reconciled and generated the monthly salary report for the end of month close process.

July 2008-April 2010 Payroll Consultant-Accountemps-Robert Half

Responsibilities: Verification of year-to-date balances prior to the go-live date of 9/1/08. Created the payroll reconciliations templates, payroll batch control sheets. Worked with the benefits departments in setting up procedures for the workflow to the payroll department utilizing Workday product. Worked entirely on processing the payroll for approximately 400 employees and processed timesheets for non-exempt employees. 401K elections changes from Wachovia, banking updates, tax changes. Responsibilities: Managing a staff of 17 payroll Administrators. Multi-State Payrolls for 35 FEIN’s for approximately 12,000 employees in North America. Responsible for new state registration for state and Sui Id numbers. Handled all tax related issues. Creating W2c’s and filing all necessary paperwork with ADP and ensuring that all necessary tax jurisdictions are updated accordingly. Setting up all new company codes due to mergers. Ensuring that semi-monthly ledger is loaded, and all monthly labor and distribution reports are distributed to each division. Handled all PSHR Exports to ADP of all data keyed for each payroll processing. Receiving and loading files from Fidelity for 401K % deferrals and loans on a semi-monthly basic. Loading hours for hourly and non-exempt employee from PRISM Time Entry on a semi-monthly basis. Creating csv files to upload mass increases or mass bonus payments for loading to ADP. Created templates and processes to enhance the processing of the payrolls.
